Job description

Job Requirements:

  1. Expert in Thai cuisine with strong leadership skills.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Ability to lead and supervise kitchen colleagues in the absence of Chef de Cuisine.
  4. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
  5. Passionate about Thai culinary traditions and innovation.
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  7. Creative, adaptable, and results-oriented.

Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 5,000/-

Accommodation Entitlement: Single Room

Vacation Leave Entitlement: 30 days paid leave per year

Flight Ticket Entitlement: Upon completion of 2 years, the colleague will be entitled to a round trip ticket to home country destination.

Transportation: Provided by the company (from and to the accommodation).

Medical Insurance: Provided by the company (coverage within the UAE).

Meals: Provided by the company (3 meals a day in the hotel / accommodation).

Service Charge, Tips & Incentives: Subject to the hotel revenue and outlet operation.
