Junior Software Engineer

Role: Junior Software Developer (Entry Level)

FYI (www.fyi.ai) is searching for passionate software developers to help us create and launch amazing product features to our users on a consistent and timely basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, collaborative, hungry to learn new skills, and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing company.

Monthly Salary Range: 2,000 AED to 4,000 AED

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Must be based in Dubai with residency or existing work visa. Must be able to work in-person, at our office in the Dubai Design District.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Under 2 years experience
• Flutter, Swift or React (1-2 years)
• JavaScript (1-2 years)
• C++ or QML (1-2 years)
• Experience in developing mobile (Android or iOS) applications using cross-platform development tools
• Ability to work well with a distributed team across varying time zones.
• Experience in building applications using Qt/QML framework is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing new software programs and applications.
• Creating technical documents, unit tests for new software programs.
• Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects.
