Job Description

• Buying and Selling of Financial Instruments in global markets as per the instruction of the Clients
• Produce research and daily news materials to institutional clients (be consistent and have self-initiative)
• Monitoring the market movement, trades and prices during trading hours
• Observe and report client rejections as they come in to different stakeholders in the company
• Have excellent follow up and problem solving skills
• Provide professional, personalized customer service of the highest level including directing clients to the available research, technical analysis and trade related services
• Assist institutional clients with inquiries related to technology issues, limit requests
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
