Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our products/services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  2. Sales Outreach: Contact schools, colleges, and educational organizations via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our offerings.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our education products/services to effectively communicate their value.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales Support: Assist senior sales executives with proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  6. CRM Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the education industry to identify new opportunities.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
