I. POSITION OVERVIEW (mission of the position)
Responsible for performing sales activities of investment products and services offered by the company.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with potential as well as real clients and developing an effective net of sales.
- Active and systematic expansion of sales contacts database.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Appropriate customers assignment to each category of investors.
- Updating the CRM on a daily basis on the sales activities and contacts with prospective clients.
- Responding to customer inquiries and leading them by email, phone or personal meetings.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Monitoring market trends of currencies, commodities and indices.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a bidding process that is dictated by the prospective customer.
- Participating in the preparation of market fundamental and technical analysis.
- Publication of articles from the finance and investment area.
- Conducting trainings, workshops and meetings with investors.
- Providing support for the Senior Account Manager in conducting trainings for the key clients (VIP).
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Identifying sales department needs and driving process and collateral improvements.
- Running periodical reports about the leads status and own conversion rates, best sales practices, most effective selling channels, and internal policy improvements.
- Communicate the results of the reporting and recommendations to the Senior Account Manager.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Perform other tasks determined by Management.

Number of customers acquired (business development), achieving sales targets and service benchmarks.
IV. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION:
ESSENTIAL:
University degree (desired: Faculty of Economic Sciences).
DESIRED:
Knowledge of modern derivatives (FX/CFDs, shares...) and knowledge of the functioning of International financial markets, including OTC products.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
ESSENTIAL: min. 1 year of experience in a sales position in the area of finance or similar.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Forex trading experience will be an advantage.
