Responsibilities and Qualifications:

1. Seek Sponsorship for Youth Programs
2. Strong Communication and Sales skills
3. Lead Generation Expertise
4. Experience in Managing Sponsorships
5. Ability to generate revenue through sponsorships
6. Excellent negotiation skills
7. Knowledge of event management and marketing
8. Experience in youth engagement initiatives is a plus
9. Have existing relationships with sponsorship managers of brands
10. Obsessed over closing deals, by travelling, calling or any creative means

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have minimum 3 years of experience
2. Must have connections with sponsorship managers of brands
3. Must have closed minimum $5k deals in the past
4. UAE-Based, Can work Part Time
5. Graduated, Experienced, Freelancer, & has a sales mindset
