Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist at Pupilar UAE | Future of Hiring in Dubai. The Specialist will be responsible for sponsorship sales for youth career programs, communication with stakeholders, lead generation, and driving sales initiatives to support our youth career community and programs.

Location : Dubai, Emirates Towers

Timings : 11am-3pm

Contract : Part Time

Salary : TBD

Responsibilities:

• Seek Sponsorship for Youth Programs
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Lead Generation Expertise
• Experience in Managing Sponsorships
• Ability to generate revenue through sponsorships
• Knowledge of event management and marketing
• Experience in youth engagement initiatives is a plus
• Have existing relationships with sponsorship managers of brands
• Obsessed over closing deals, by travelling, calling or any creative means

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 3 years of experience
• Must have connections with sponsorship managers of brands
• Must have closed minimum $5k deals in the past
• Graduated, Experienced, Freelancer, & has a sales mindset
• Willing to take risks to work with a startup
