Junior Relationship Manager

Job Purpose
As our client grows daily, they require individuals with initiative and positivity to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to the continuous improvement of their services for their clients. The successful applicant will join the Middle East Desk and support with the client portfolio and onboarding. Additionally, you will be on the front lines, assisting in the onboarding of new prospects through online channels to achieve our client’s ambitious growth targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support in the acquisition of new clients in predefined markets while adhering to applicable cross-border rules. From pre-qualification calls to due diligence questionnaires.
Coordinate all client matters, from processes and paperwork to the overall client experience.
Develop and maintain a domestic and international prospect list for the respective client segment with corresponding prioritization and market strategy.
Position client as the preferred partner.
Handle client/prospect-related requests and inquiries.
Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding and efficient due diligence process.
Define and enhance the product and services catalogue for clients.
Continuously self-educate in finance, blockchain technology, and digital assets.

Skills and Experience
Experience working in a fully regulated banking environment would be preferred.
Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
Hands-on experience in client onboarding within the financial sector.
A team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to learn quickly.
Reliable and detail-oriented individual.
Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
Knowledge of the crypto industry and digital assets is a plus.
Experience in a client onboarding role in either large banks and/or boutique institutions is preferred.
A strong desire to transition to a client-facing role is required.

Experience (essential to any successful application)
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

Qualifications
University degree (Bachelor level) in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
