Junior Quality Control Inspector

Samamat Flow is seeking a Junior Quality Control Inspector to join their team. This role involves supporting the Quality Control department in ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering (ITI or Diploma) and at least 1+ years of experience in Quality Control, specifically in the manufacturing industry. The Junior QC Inspector will be responsible for receiving inspection and conducting quality checks on materials and components using various measurement tools and equipment. Proficiency in Non-Destructive Testing (NDE) at Level 2 is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming material inspections to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.
• Use measurement instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to assess product quality.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components to ensure they meet the required quality criteria.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist in the preparation of inspection reports and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all inspections and processes.
• Support the NDE (Non-Destructive Testing) activities as required by the department.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and customer specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with proficiency certificates (NDE Level 2 qualified).

A minimum of 1+ years of Quality Control experience in Receiving Inspection or a similar field is preferred.

Working knowledge of measurement instruments.

Experience: Min 1 Year of Quality Control in the manufacturing field.
