Junior Producer (Video & Photo Content) - National Talent

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Junior Producer of Visual Video & Photo Content is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively promotes Dubai across various platforms. This role involves direct involvement in all phases of content production, from editing to participating in strategy development and ensuring brand consistency in alignment with DET's standards and guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Core Functional Responsibilities & Subject Matter Expertise

• Directly handle editing high-quality videos and photos for diverse DET's platforms.
• Create engaging and creative social media content, ensuring all visual materials are fresh, compelling, and align with events and activities goals.
• Engage in script writing and video concept planning, adapting voice and tone to suit different events and activities strategies and audience demographics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share and develop innovative ideas for content that is inspirational and authoritative.
• Adhere to brand and logo guidelines to ensure consistency across all produced content as outlined by DET business requirements.
• Monitor feedback from various platforms on DET-owned content and implement necessary quality improvement actions.
• Actively participate in team discussions about campaigns and strategies, providing visual content expertise to enhance project outcomes.
• Assist the Social Media Manager with visual-related tasks to synchronize video and graphic content with overall social media strategies.
• Assist in various graphic design projects, including but not limited to logo/brand identity, posters, event graphics, online ads, and website design.
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to develop content specifically tailored for Dubai's international markets.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders to ensure content requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Assist in the coordination of third-party providers and agencies involved in content production, ensuring compliance with DET's content and quality standards.
• Facilitate the exchange of information and resolve inquiries to maintain smooth operations and adherence to project specifications.
• Supporting the Investment attraction team in engaging with companies interested to localize in Dubai.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in video and photo content production, demonstrating proficiency in editing.
• Experience creating content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Practical experience with graphic design projects, including creating logos, brand identities, event graphics, and online advertisements.
• Experience assisting in the coordination of third-party providers and agencies, ensuring adherence to content and quality standards.
