Junior Process Engineer

Position Overview:

• Expert/technical authority in the area of Process Engineering including line hydraulics, surge analysis, equipment sizing, etc. Candidate shall be able to handle Engineering at various stages of the Project like feasibility, FEED, DD including Procurement, Construction, and Pre-Commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as Technical Authority to review and complete process activities in coordination with third-party consultants and relevant disciplines within the Company during the FEED and EPC stage.
• Conduct As-Building activities of process engineering documents, drawings, etc., which includes but is not limited to PFD, PID, Cause and Effect Diagram & related process documents.
• Develop as-built drawings by integrating the interface drawings & documents between existing assets & newly built facilities (modification & new unit addition).
• Act as the main focal point and highest technical authority on Process related activities for FEED/EPC scope development.
• Review and provide input to FEED scope of work and supervise the engineering/construction/EPC contractor's work for all modification and engineering activities.
• Carry out feasibility studies and prepare/review deliverables related to the project.
• Supervise the FEED/DD/construction/EPC contractor(s) work ensuring compliance with HSE&S standards, DEL GS, and international codes/standards.
• Interface with contractors' engineering teams and provide technical guidance and expertise.
• Prepare and review datasheets/specifications, P&ID, study reports, process calculations, vendor screening/selections, and technical bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with Dolphin Energy's quality control, Asset Integrity, Projects, and Operations teams to provide specialist engineering support in the project.
• Participate in costing and preparation of budgets for the projects.
• Review technical content of Non-Conformance Requests (NCRs), warranty claims, derogation requests, and provide recommendations for management approval.
• Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by the Process Engineering Manager.
• Lead development and surveillance of contractor studies to support screening as required.
• Lead development and surveillance process engineering elements of FEED deliverables on selected concepts from pre-FEED through FEED approval.
