Junior NetSuite Functional Consultant with Accounts Background for Real Estate Developer

Job Description:
Real Estate Development is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to join our in-house team. This role supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. The Junior Consultant will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the daily operations of the NetSuite ERP system including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
2. Work with the manager to configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes and accounting practices.
3. Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities.
4. Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, user guides, and training materials.
5. Generate and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
6. Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance workflow efficiency.
7. Participate in testing new features, updates, and integrations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance; familiarity with NetSuite ERP is required.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. NetSuite certification is a plus.
