Job Title: Junior Lawyer

Reporting to: Senior Legal Associate

Our client is A global leader in online travel services who offer turnkey solutions for suppliers such as Hotels, Airlines, Cruise, Car rentals, Transfers, traditional and online travel agencies, and more...

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

- Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, including due diligence and documentation.

- Provide legal support and advice on a wide range of legal matters.

- Conduct legal research and analysis.

- Liaise with clients and other parties as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution. Masters degree is a plus

- 3-5 years of experience

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong experience in commercial contracts, agreements, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

- Arabic speaking is highly preferable but not a must.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
