Junior Key Account Manager (Chinese speaker)

Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client's requirement starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing & screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling/conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts and logistics section.

Conduct regular client visits; ensure high quality services are extended to the clients.

Plays a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations related to meeting the clients' requirements are achieved.

Responsible to adhere to the set KPIs for responding to client's requirements.

Identify all potential business from the existing clients/projects.

Job Description:

Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.

Obtain regular feedback from the clients and adopt strategies to improve the service performance in coordination with the COO.

Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/profit margin as targeted by the Management.

Coordinate with the sourcing specialists to obtain suitable resumes matching the client's requirements.

Schedule client interviews.

Obtain feedback from the Client after the interview and finalize the commercial proposal if the consultant is to be mobilized.

Follow up with Client/Sourcing Specialists on matters related to Recruitment.

Negotiate with the Consultant/Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/amendment.

Prepare Clients visit reports and circulate to COO and CCO.

Must be a person who speaks Chinese and a foreign language.

Employee Profile:

Degree in any Discipline.

5 to 6 years experience in a similar industry in any of the following industries (Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Renewables, Transportation).

Ability to communicate fluently with Clients and understand their requirements. Fluent in English & Chinese speaking and writing skills are mandatory.

IT skills like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are mandatory.

Ability to harness a working environment which encourages teamwork, energy, and creativity.

Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
