Junior IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
2. Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
3. Monitor system performance and ensure data security measures are in place.
4. Support the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and cloud-based solutions.
5. Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT projects and upgrades.
6. Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
7. Stay updated with the latest IT trends and security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles.
3. Hands-on experience with IT troubleshooting and system administration is a plus.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
