Role Overview
Silkhaus is seeking a Junior Interior Designer superstar with 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role involves performing a variety of transformation tasks, addressing business and landlords requirements, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Initial site assessment, measurements, preparation of BoQ & Mood Board that aligns with the Silkhaus brand style.
2. Take ownership from the inception until completion of the project, not limited to site supervision, internal & external stakeholder management.
3. Staging of properties prior to the photoshoot.
4. Quality control inspection to ensure the properties are guest-ready.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Desire to join a rocket-ship venture.
2. Interest in redefining global design standards in alternative accommodation.
3. Minimum 1+ years working as an interior designer.
4. Degree in interior design, industrial design, architecture, or a related field (necessary).
5. Valid UAE driving licence and having your vehicle.
6. Proficient in Google Docs, AutoCAD, and relevant software for Mood Board creation.
7. Strong teamwork and people skills.
