Junior Integrated Account Manager
Job description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams
- Work on inspiring creative briefs that lead to good ideas for the campaign
- Work collaboratively with creative media and account planning teams
- Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals
- Oversee campaign execution and track performance
- Generate reports for social brand channels you handle
- Identify new business opportunities that can lead to proactive ideas and additional revenue streams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in integrated communication accounts within an advertising agency in the UAE.
- Knowledge of website design and functionality (UI/UX), including landing pages.
- Experience managing social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Understanding of digital and social media advertising campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying, vetting, and collaborating with relevant influencers.
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective budget management to ensure campaigns stay on track.
- Capable of thinking across integrated channels for consistent messaging.
- Skilled in managing timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Able to quickly identify and solve problems to keep projects moving.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
