• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to convert leads into sales.
• Provide accurate information about tour packages, itineraries, and pricing.
• Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and payment processes.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to meet customer needs.
• Track and update sales records in the CRM system.
