Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR Manager to join our team and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies
2. Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support
3. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
4. Collaborate with leadership on HR policies and initiatives

What We Are Looking For:

1. 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR
