Role Overview

The Junior HR Executive will play an essential role in supporting the HR department, with a primary focus on talent acquisition. This individual will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while also contributing to HR initiatives that promote an exceptional employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline for current and future needs.

Onboarding

  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  2. Prepare and deliver new hire orientation materials.

HR Administration

  1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  2. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

Employee Engagement

  1. Contribute to HR initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  2. Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent acquisition.
  3. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
