File Preparation and Management:
Prepare and organize design files for print, web, or social media, ensuring they meet technical specifications (resolution, file formats, sizes, etc.).

Export files in appropriate formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG) and prepare artwork for production or publication.

Ensure all designs align with the company's or client’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various mediums and platforms.
Modify existing templates or assets to fit the brand's visual identity, ensuring cohesive branding across projects.
Feedback and Revisions:
Review design drafts with senior designers and incorporate client or team feedback into revisions.
Make adjustments based on feedback while ensuring designs meet the desired objectives and standards.
Keep track of revisions and design changes, ensuring that all work is up to date and finalized in a timely manner.
Research and Trend Awareness:
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh, modern design styles into projects.
Research design references, competitor works, and other creative sources to inspire new ideas and concepts.
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist in organizing design files, maintaining a digital asset library, and helping to organize project documentation.
Handle other tasks as assigned by senior designers or team leads, such as resizing images, preparing assets for social media, or preparing materials for client presentations.
