Junior Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing and analyzing interactive financial models for clients.
2. Support in evaluating the financial health and viability of companies through detailed analysis and reporting.
3. Collaborate on conducting business feasibility studies and project viability assessments.
4. Create professional, visually engaging, and content-rich presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
5. Assist in analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
6. Support the implementation of optimized workflows for clients.
7. Work closely with clients to gather relevant data and understand their financial needs.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver insights effectively.
9. Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic developments to support strategic recommendations.
10. Assist in developing internal and external reports, including thought leadership content.
11. Provide support in executing financial projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
12. Assist in preparing reports, financial summaries, and strategic documentation for internal and client use.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors degree specializing in Accounting or Finance.
2. A completed professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
3. 2-3 years of working experience in FP&A, Financial modelling, in a consulting environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modelling and Data visualization tools such as Power BI.
5. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
6. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
