The Junior Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day for senior leaders at Teneo. This individual will be supporting 3-4 senior leaders within the organization. This position involves a variety of administrative duties, including assisting with projects, coordinating daily schedules and calendars, preparing for meetings, and managing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding work environment, consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
