Junior Digital Marketing Manager - Dubai - Fluent Arabic Speaker

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed insurance company. Our client is looking to hire a Non Motor Underwriter (Officer/Senior Officer). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of all work related to the Non Motor General Insurance Department through the company’s systems and network according to the used forms, documents, endorsements, and the reinsurance agreements and its covers instructions and decisions of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Applying sound underwriting principles on all lines of business of the Non Motor General Insurance department.
2. Preparation, submission, recording, and follow-up of quotations/tenders.
3. Drafting of Policy Wordings for Facilitative and Fronting General Insurance Businesses (excluding Financial Lines).
4. Issuing, preparing, and examining all Non Motor General Insurance documents according to systems and applicable laws, not limited to policy documents, cover notes, assignation letters, and letters of intent.
5. Preparation (ground works include past claims, unpaid premiums, previous endorsements, etc.) and issuance of renewal notices.
6. Direct technical analysis and placements while prioritizing and building long-term value through business acumen.
7. Negotiate with local and international reinsurance brokers and insurers to obtain facilitative reinsurance support and/or special acceptances.
8. Quotation Conversion Rates, renewal retention rates, renewal protocol, and lost accounts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
3. Knowledge of Underwriting Guidelines, Non Motor Insurance Products, and Treaty Reinsurance Guidelines.
