Roles And Responsibilities

1. Following established guidelines and procedures, input and update data accurately and efficiently into our system.
2. Perform data cleaning tasks such as identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates within the data.
3. Follow data entry protocols and best practices to maintain data quality and integrity.
4. Accurately input, update, and verify various data types to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
5. Keep accurate records of data entry activities and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
6. Verify and validate data accuracy through cross-referencing and data integrity checks.
7. Organize and maintain data files and records in a systematic and structured manner.
8. Reach out to customers to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data consistency across different platforms.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
10. Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies to protect sensitive information.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum Experience

1. At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in data entry software and tools, with the ability to input data quickly and accurately.
4. Familiarity with data cleaning techniques and procedures to identify and resolve errors and inconsistencies.
