Job Summary: Junior Corporate/Leisure Travel Consultants needed for a fast growing Travel Agency headquartered in Dubai. Your primary role is to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements that meet their unique preferences and requirements (leisure or corporate). You will leverage your knowledge of destinations, travel products, and industry trends to provide exceptional service and create memorable travel experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end travel services, including visa processing, tickets, accommodation and transportation.
Stay updated with Local/International regulations, about travel trends, airports, and immigration law to deliver accurate information to clients.
Monitor and resolve customer concerns, provide prompt assistance, gather feedback, and share with operations manager.
Supply clients with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (itineraries, event programs etc.).
Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant for at least 1 year.
Exemplary selling skills and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to develop itineraries for Corporate and Leisure clients.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism or relevant field would be an advantage.
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively (Verbal and Written).
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
Proficient in issuance, re-issuance, cancellation and refund of Airfare Ticket through Amadeus.
Experience in hotel bookings, ground transportation, and travel packages.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
Utilize booking systems and platforms to secure travel arrangements, negotiate rates, and manage reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and more.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
Be a ‘team player’ with good interpersonal skills.
