As a Junior Content Creator, your objective is to create and manage content that enhances Al Lokrit's online community presence across digital channels. You are part content writer, part engagement facilitator, and possess a keen understanding of modern strategies and impact reporting. You will be responsible for leading the design process and managing design projects. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful content producer that will engage our target audience.

• Key Responsibilities will include:

1. Ideation, content curation, creation, and execution of exciting educational and useful content for our brand, informed by current trends and data.
2. Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and guests to create informative and interactive content.
4. Work with different channels and formats like posts, reels, podcasts, among others.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team creating bold content guided by defined strategies.
6. Analyse data to improve brand content focused on audience needs.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest news and trends about communication and technology.

• Requirements:

1. BA/BS degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications, or a related field with emphasis on digital publishing.
2. At least one year of experience in a similar position.
3. A natural curiosity related to initiatives about digitalization, technology, strategy, and quality data.
4. Advanced user of Microsoft Office and any other tools regarding content creation texts and visuals.
5. Comfortable working with social media content management tools.
6. Capabilities to localize quality data and analyse it from social media channels or any other platforms.
7. Ready to build solid relationships with diverse clients and different teams.
8. Be comfortable in front of the camera.

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
