Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in civil or structural engineering, a keen interest in structural design and analysis, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment. This role involves supporting senior engineers in design analysis and construction activities for various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design analysis and evaluation of structural components for buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure.
2. Perform structural calculations and assist in preparing engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
3. Support site inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
4. Assist in reviewing construction drawings, project plans, and material specifications.
5. Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution.
6. Conduct research on new materials, construction techniques, and engineering solutions.
7. Use engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000 for structural modeling and analysis.
8. Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, and project documentation.
9. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
3. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design; familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, etc.).
4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, good communication, and teamwork skills.
5. Language: Proficiency in English is required.
