Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter with expertise in 3D modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models for specific projects/industries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed design documents, including plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform 3D modeling and visualization to support project presentations and client meetings.
• Review and analyze design drawings for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects, including revisions and updates.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of drafting tasks.
• Stay updated on the latest CAD software developments and industry trends to enhance drafting processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a drafter, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
