Junior Architect

Position: Concept Design Architect

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Note: Fresh Graduate could apply who has participated in the completions and have done real time projects (layouts and renders)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative architectural concepts and designs that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, renderings, and design presentations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and rendering software like V-Ray or Corona.
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and other relevant authority requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with structural engineers to integrate structural aspects seamlessly into architectural designs.
• Create visually compelling presentations using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and written reports.
• Participate in design reviews, providing input to improve aesthetics, functionality, and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software tools, and local regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and rendering engines (V-Ray/Corona).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite for design presentations.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and submission processes.
• Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English for clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Design Excellence: Demonstrated ability to produce innovative architectural designs.
