Junior Architect

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

As a Junior Architect reporting into the Head of Concept - Hospitality, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Responsibilities include

• Assist in the development of innovative design concepts, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project goals.
• Prepare 3D models, drawings, and visualizations using Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp to support the design process.
• Conduct research on materials, trends, and precedents to inform and enhance design proposals.
• Collaborate with visualization teams to produce high-quality presentations that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Coordinate with team members and integrate feedback to refine design concepts.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation to support efficient workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp is required; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong hand-drawing and sketching skills for quick visualization of design ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to high-quality design projects.
• Familiarity with hospitality design principles, including guest experience and space planning, is an advantage.
