Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and documentation under the supervision of senior architects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
• Conduct site analysis and research on zoning laws, building codes, and environmental impact to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural and systems considerations into architectural plans.
• Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback into evolving project plans.
• Prepare and present project proposals, including concept sketches, materials selection, and cost estimates, showcasing innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to contribute fresh ideas and sustainable practices to design projects.
