Junior Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our team at n. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with experienced architects to develop creative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of design concepts, models and presentations
2. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
3. Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support design decisions
4. Collaborate with project team members including architects, engineers, and contractors
5. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project alignment with design plans
6. Present design proposals and ideas to clients
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
2. Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
4. Strong design and conceptual skills
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
6. Ability to work well in a team environment
7. Strong communication and presentation skills
8. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
