Junior Accounts Assistant

Two Oceans Trading has been a prominent retailer in the candy industry for over 20 years, offering a wide range of high-quality confectionery products. We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our established finance team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
2. Support senior accountant with month-end and year-end close.
3. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
4. Handle general administrative tasks within the accounts department.
5. Reconcile intercompany accounts.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting is essential.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Good knowledge of Excel and Tally.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Company visa.
6. Medical insurance.
7. Others: As per UAE law.
