Job Description

  • Maintaining financial records accurately and timely.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing and filing tax returns.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the year-end audit process.
  • Providing support to senior accountants and management as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Handle admin jobs as and how required.
  • Oversee the entire team of unskilled/semiskilled workers.
  • Ensure overall maintenance & cleanliness of camps and office.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
