Junior Accountant

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to develop their accounting skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and daily transactions.
2. Prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
3. Support the preparation of financial reports, tax filings, and audit documentation.
4. Process expense reports, payroll, and vendor payments.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
7. Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments for financial data accuracy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics sector.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
4. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
