Junior Accountant

Noorka Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to grow their accounting career in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Help monitor transactions, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing VAT filings and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Collaborate with the senior accounting team for audits and end-of-year closings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internship or full-time).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
