Job Description
Managing financial transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations in Odoo ERP
Generating financial reports and analyzing business performance
Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Preparing UAE VAT filings and ensuring compliance with FTA regulations
Assisting in audit preparation and maintaining accurate records
Performing monthly bank reconciliations and tracking cash flow
Managing payroll processing, WPS payments, and employee expense claims
Preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting
Working closely with the finance and operations teams to optimize Odoo ERP processes
Identifying efficiency improvements in financial management
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred) Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & tax compliance Proficiency in financial reporting & reconciliation Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software like Odoo or any other System
Soft Skills: Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication skills in English
