Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Storekeeper cum Accountant with 2 years of experience. We are a Facilities Management and trading company based in Abu Dhabi.
We prefer candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa or those on notice period.

Candidate should possess the following skills:

1. Attention to detail.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Fluent in Hindi and English language.

Candidate must know bookkeeping responsibilities for recording and maintaining business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Documenting financial transactions.
2. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
3. Ensure timely bank payments.
4. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
5. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
6. Comply with financial policies and regulations.
7. Perform monthly and annual account closings.
8. Provide financial information to management.
9. Reconcile bank statements.
10. Preparation of financial statements.
11. Financial audits.
12. Designing accounting systems.
13. Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
14. Ensuring that goods are well organized and stored in a clean area to be visible and traceable.
15. Take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
16. Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times.
