Junior Accountant

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Proficient in English (written and spoken).
3. Experience with ERP systems (preferably Sage 50).

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately manage and process petty cash records.
2. Maintain and analyze the general ledger.
3. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
4. Monitor the aging of debts and implement effective collection strategies.
5. Assist external auditors with the preparation of financial statements and balance sheets.
6. Comply diligently with directives from the immediate supervisor and executive management.
7. Exhibit a professional demeanor and maintain high standards of integrity.
