Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to lead client acquisition efforts in freight forwarding. Your role will involve onboarding clients with acceptable credit, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets are met. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Onboarding:
    – Lead efforts to acquire new clients for air and sea freight forwarding (import, export, and cross-trade).
    – Ensure clients meet credit requirements and close deals effectively.
    – Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    – Manage and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
  2. Relationship Building:
    – Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    – Address client concerns and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
  3. Sales Documentation and Reporting:
    – Oversee accurate preparation of contracts and sales documentation.
    – Track performance and report sales achievements.

Qualifications:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics-related fields.
  • – Proven experience in sales management, preferably in freight forwarding.
  • – Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • – Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
