Job description

Job Title: Recruitment and Mobilization Coordinator

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts
  2. Any Nationality

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Description:

  1. Organizational Manpower Planning
  2. Refer manpower requirements and plan strategies for recruitment.
  3. Provide required information to management on recruitment and mobilization/demobilization.
  4. Recruitment and Selection
  5. Identify candidates from existing database or job portals.
  6. Check internal employees for vacant positions who meet the job descriptions.
  7. Provide CVs of identified candidates to respective departments for evaluations and comments.
  8. Review selected CVs and organize interviews if required.
  9. Maintain records of evaluations of interviews and obtain information on expected salary and terms & conditions of employment.
  10. Contact and negotiate salaries and allowances as per company structure.
  11. Follow up on acceptance and processing of employment formalities.
  12. Co-ordinate with Public Relations departments for visa processing.
  13. Co-ordinate with agents for mobilization and travel.
  14. Organize interviews/trade tests along with the technical team for selection and mobilization through agents.
  15. Assist and co-ordinate in mobilization between projects and agents.
  16. Demobilization of personnel as per scheduled plan.
  17. Maintain complete database (CVs, etc.) of selected candidates.
  18. Maintain all relevant data of each employee in a master package.
  19. Record skills of each employee.
  20. Record salaries, promotions, increments, etc.
  21. Maintain records of all transfers/terminations/demobilizations.
  22. Develop self on recruitment skills and courses and keep abreast of the latest literature on HR recruitments.
  23. Assist HR/PR Head in all administrative aspects of recruitment, selection, interviews, and database management.
  24. Liaison with Government bodies
  25. Liaise with local government bodies for establishment of services.
  26. Manage correspondence and communication with local authorities/government bodies.
  27. Negotiate/process various procedures for legal requirements of the company.
  28. Circulate information on local rules and regulations of the country.
  29. Assist the HR Head for obtaining Labour Clearance/cancellation formalities for company employees.
  30. Obtain refund of security deposits from the local government labour department on completion of projects.
  31. Revalidate/cancel licenses obtained from government/local bodies on project completion.
  32. Close out issues pertaining to utilities.
  33. Keep abreast of the latest rules and regulations of the country pertaining to business functions.
  34. Identify and recommend training needs to HR Department.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering & Construction companies.
