Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Production Manager to oversee our joinery production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, with a maximum of 6 years of experience in the UAE. This role requires excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee the entire joinery production process, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of joinery craftsmen and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure all products meet the company's standards and client expectations.
- Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective production.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with design and project management teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment between design intent and production capabilities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the production facility, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the production process and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: Maximum of 6 years in the joinery field within the UAE.
- Education: Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as woodworking, carpentry, or production management.
