To oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations for joinery projects. This role involves managing production, ensuring quality control, leading a skilled team, and working with other departments to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:
Plan, schedule, and oversee manufacturing processes for fit-out and joinery projects.
Ensure production meets required specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Monitor operations to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of skilled joinery and production staff.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.

Quality Control:
Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure high workmanship standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits for compliance with industry standards.
Address and resolve quality issues promptly.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to align production with project timelines.
Work with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.
Manage logistics and distribution for timely delivery of finished products.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in joinery manufacturing in the UAE
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of quality control and production efficiency best practices
