Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Architectural Job Captain for our Peabody office. The ideal candidate is a proactive architectural design professional with strong multitasking abilities, ready to assist project managers on various residential and commercial projects. Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in Revit, specifically in multi-family construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage multiple project assignments.
2. Produce high-quality construction documents using Revit.
3. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts building codes and regulations.
4. Organize and maintain project documentation and filing systems.
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project design discussions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
2. Proficient in Revit with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
3. Experience in multi-family housing projects.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with a positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude.
