POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Finance team reporting the Accounts Receivable Manager. As a Junior accountant, you will participate in doing invoice receipt reconciliation, but you will also learn and work in other area of the department: funds reconciliation for salary processing.

• Support Accounts Receivable team
• Verifying and reconciling the client receipts
• Attending client queries via e-mails/calls
• Arranging client cheque collections
• Interact with clients to update them on the status of their funds transfer
• Assist senior manager for monthly closing process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in collection/client receivables
• At least 1-year experience in a similar role
• Highly motivated, creative and solutions oriented
• Excellent handling of Excel
• Excellent analytical skills: easily deal with large amounts of data and crunch numbers
• Fluent in English
