The opportunity is with one of the most respected jewellery brands in the UAE. The RSO will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the Company and brand. The individual will have to manage the entire sales cycle from greeting the customer, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products and designs, highlighting the design and brand features, explaining the company policy on service and exchange, and closing the sale. Additional responsibilities include merchandising, stock management, customer calling, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of Customer Service in line with Company standards.
Ensure customer concerns are addressed suitably.
Achieve sales targets and exceed the same, keeping the customer in mind.
Effectively manage opportunities to Up Sell and Cross Sell.
Ensure display standards are maintained at all times, handling tasks including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
Comply with security policy and minimize stock loss.
