JCB Operator/ JCB Driver

We are seeking an experienced and skilled JCB Operator to operate and drive JCB machinery at various construction and excavation sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a valid UAE JCB driving license and a proven track record of safe and efficient machine operation in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate JCB machinery including backhoe loaders, diggers, and other heavy construction equipment.
2. Safely execute tasks such as excavation, trenching, lifting, and loading/unloading materials on construction and civil engineering sites.
3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all safety procedures and regulations associated with operating heavy machinery.
4. Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure the JCB machinery is in optimal working condition and report any defects or maintenance needs.
5. Work closely with the site supervisor and team members to ensure operations are completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
6. Adhere to safety standards and work within a team environment while maintaining professional conduct.
7. Keep detailed logs of daily activities, including maintenance and fuel records.
8. Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and construction regulations when operating machinery on public roads or construction sites.

Requirements:

1. Valid UAE JCB driving license.
2. Proven experience as a JCB Operator, with hands-on expertise in operating JCB machinery.
3. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures for operating construction equipment.
4. Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and ensure machinery is in good working condition.
5. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and follow instructions accurately.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
7. Good understanding of construction site safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Additional certifications or training related to heavy equipment operation.
2. Experience with other heavy machinery or construction vehicles.
