JAVA Developer Vacancy - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented JAVA Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in developing applications with Java and related technologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign candidates for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Designing, coding and debugging applications in Java
2. Developing software by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
3. Designing user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle
4. Working with databases like MySQL or Oracle
5. Writing well-designed, testable code
6. Troubleshooting and debugging applications
7. Performing unit tests to ensure quality of developed code
8. Ensuring that all software is properly tested before being released into production

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field
2. 2+ years of professional experience in developing applications with Java

Desired Skills:

1. Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
2. Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
3. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
4. Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL or Oracle
5. Excellent communication skills
