We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse IVF; the successful candidate will provide patient-centered care to individuals and families undergoing fertility treatments. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients in a supportive and empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all aspects of IVF treatment, including patient education, medication administration, and monitoring.
2. Perform nursing assessments, collect medical histories, and maintain accurate documentation.
3. Support physicians during procedures, such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and ultrasounds.
4. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout the treatment process.
5. Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols.
6. Monitor and manage patient progress, recognizing and responding to any complications.
7. Administer medications, including injections, as required.
8. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment for patients and staff.
